The service
FitMyImage provides image tools that run in your web browser. They are free to use, for personal and commercial purposes, without an account. We may change, add or remove tools at any time.
Your files
You keep all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive a copy and claim no rights over the results. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you process.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to produce content that is illegal where you are, to misrepresent an identity on an official document, or to interfere with the site's operation (for example by automated scraping of its pages at volume).
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are. We do our best to make them accurate, and the result row shows the real size and dimensions of every file before you download it, but we do not guarantee that any portal, authority or service will accept a file. Rules on the requirement pages are copied from public notices and dated; they may be out of date, and the issuing body's current notice prevails.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including a rejected application, lost data, or missed deadline. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
Advertising
Advertisements on the site are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or the sites they link to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of Seoul.
