What helps

• For a file that came out wrong: the browser and device you used, the tool and its settings, and the size and type of the original. Do not send the photo itself unless you are comfortable doing so; a description is usually enough.
• For a rule that has changed: a link to the current notice, or the exact text from it.
• For a portal you want added: its name, the item (photo, signature, document) and the rule as the portal states it.

What we do not do

Edit or process files by email, judge whether a photo will be accepted by a human reviewer, or advise on an application itself.
